
In the ongoing PSL 10, Karachi Kings’ Kiwi star, Kane Williamson, has expressed his fondness for the city’s famous biryani and paratha.
Speaking on a private TV program, Williamson shared his excitement about returning to Pakistan and playing in front of the passionate cricket fans here. He mentioned how both local competitions and franchise cricket have gained immense popularity in Pakistan.
“This is my first time playing in the PSL, and I’m looking forward to an exciting experience. I will try my best to deliver a good performance in the tournament,” he said.
Reflecting on his previous visits to Pakistan, the New Zealand cricketer recalled the fantastic Test series and white-ball series his team had while touring the country.
When asked about the teams in the PSL, Williamson praised the strength of the franchises, noting that it would be a great experience playing alongside Karachi Kings’ captain, David Warner.
Additionally, he mentioned his love for Karachi’s local cuisine, saying, “I really enjoy Karachi’s biryani and paratha!”
