
Layyah—As part of the Chief Minister Summer Games, kabaddi trials were successfully conducted at Veera Stadium under the supervision of the Punjab Sports Board. The event drew enthusiastic participation from kabaddi players across the district, each displaying exceptional skill, strength, and competitive spirit.
The trials were graced by the presence of key sports officials, including District Sports Officer Imtiaz Bhatti, Tehsil Officer Marina Rafiq, and sports officers from all three tehsils. Additional Deputy Commissioner General Shabbir Ahmed Dogar and District President of PML-N Abid Anwar Alvi attended as chief guests, lending their support to the initiative.
