The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the schedule for the upcoming T20 International series between Pakistan and Bangladesh, aimed at preparing both teams for the ICC T20 World Cup 2025.
According to the schedule, the series will now comprise five T20I matches instead of the originally planned three T20Is and three ODIs. This change was made in mutual agreement between the PCB and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), prioritizing T20 preparations over the 50-over format ahead of the global tournament.
The series will mark the return of international cricket to Faisalabad after 17 years. The first two T20Is will be held at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on May 25 and May 27. The remaining three matches will take place at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on May 30, June 1, and June 3.
