The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the introduction of new match official technology for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), set to begin on April 11, 2025.
According to the PCB, the advanced technology aims to enhance transparency in matches and assist umpires in making more accurate decisions. The newly implemented system will include features such as real-time detection of no-balls, Decision Review System (DRS) enhancements, live communication between match officials, and multi-angle replays.
Additionally, viewers and officials will now be able to monitor the innings clock live, ensuring better time management during matches.
This technological upgrade reflects PCB’s commitment to modernizing the game and aligning the PSL with international standards. With Season 10 scheduled across Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi until May 18, fans can expect a more immersive and fair viewing experience.
