New Zealand once again took control over Pakistan in the first innings of the final T20 match of the series.
Winning the toss, New Zealand opted to field first, restricting Pakistan to just 128 runs in 20 overs at Wellington Regional Stadium.
Pakistan’s batting lineup struggled from the start, with both openers failing to make an impact. Hassan Nawaz was dismissed for a duck, while Mohammad Haris managed only 11 runs before being sent back to the pavilion. The middle order also collapsed, as Umair Bin Yousuf and Usman Khan both scored just 7 runs each, while Abdul Samad was dismissed for 4.
Pakistan made significant changes to their squad for this match, with Shaheen Shah Afridi being dropped. The playing XI included Umair Bin Yousuf, Usman Khan, Jahandad Khan, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Mohammad Ali.
