Renowned Pakistani mountaineer Naila Kiani has successfully summited Kangchenjunga, the third-highest mountain in the world at 8,650 meters, located in Nepal. With this achievement, she has become the first Pakistani woman to climb 12 peaks over 8,000 meters.
Kiani had previously scaled some of the world’s most dangerous and tallest peaks, including Mount Everest, K2, and Nanga Parbat. Her latest triumph further solidifies her status as a trailblazer in high-altitude mountaineering.
This remarkable feat is not only a source of pride for Pakistan’s women but also a significant milestone in the country’s mountaineering history.
