
Dhaka: Bangladesh’s former cricket captain, Tamim Iqbal, is showing signs of improvement after suffering a heart attack during a Dhaka Premier League match.
According to Bangladeshi media reports, Tamim is now on the road to recovery, but the next 24 hours remain critical. He is currently being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Reports also suggest that Tamim made slight movements with the help of a family member last night, indicating positive progress. The Bangladeshi government is closely monitoring his health condition and providing necessary support.
Medical sources have confirmed that Tamim Iqbal is out of the danger zone, and if no further complications arise, his condition is expected to improve significantly within the next 24 hours.
The shocking incident occurred when Tamim Iqbal suffered a heart attack while playing in a Dhaka Premier League match. As per reports, he went into a coma on the ground before being rushed to a local hospital.
Tamim underwent an emergency angioplasty, and his health is now being closely monitored by doctors.
