PSL 10: Top awards announced—Lahore Qalandars dominate individual honors

Lahore Qalandars secured their third PSL title after defeating Quetta Gladiators in a thrilling final of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10, held at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

Chasing a challenging total of 202, Lahore Qalandars clinched victory with 4 wickets in hand on the fifth ball of the final over. Kusal Perera remained unbeaten on 62 runs, while Sikandar Raza smashed 22 off just 7 balls, playing a key role in the successful chase.

Following the final, several key individual awards were presented for outstanding performances throughout the tournament:

1. Player of the Final: Kusal Perera (Lahore Qalandars) – Match-winning 62*
2. Batter of the Tournament: Hassan Nawaz (Quetta Gladiators) – Consistent run-scorer
3. Bowler of the Tournament: Shaheen Shah Afridi (Lahore Qalandars)—Leading wicket-taker and captain
4. All-Rounder of the Tournament: Sikandar Raza (Lahore Qalandars) – Impact with bat and ball
5. Emerging Player of the Tournament: Mohammad Naeem (Lahore Qalandars)—Promising young talent

In addition to the title, Lahore Qalandars received $500,000 (approx. PKR 140 million) as prize money. The runner-up, Quetta Gladiators, earned $200,000 (approx. PKR 56 million).
