The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 is set to resume, with a proposed schedule for the remaining 8 matches already prepared. Sources confirm that the final announcement will be made after approval from PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi.
According to insiders, the matches are tentatively scheduled to be played from May 17 to May 25 in Lahore and Rawalpindi. All franchises have begun coordinating with their foreign players, and several international cricketers have reportedly agreed to return for the remainder of the tournament.
However, in case foreign players are unavailable, franchises may proceed with local players only to complete the league. The proposed schedule may also affect the Pakistan vs. Bangladesh T20I series, initially planned to be held in Lahore and Faisalabad.
Interestingly, the broadcasting team arriving for the Pak-Bangladesh series will also handle coverage of the remaining PSL 10 fixtures.
The PSL was previously suspended indefinitely due to escalating tensions between Pakistan and India. The PCB had stated that, while cricket is a symbol of unity and joy, a temporary halt was necessary in light of the nation’s critical security situation.
